We are available for emergencies

We have paused all regular service, maintenance and installation visits to our clients in order to comply with government rules on staying away from others during the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, our office remains open to take calls and we are on standby to help you in the unlikely event that you have an emergency with your PureH2O equipment. Please call us on 01483 617000 if you have an emergency.

Only one member of staff will be in the office at any one time, the remainder are working from home to comply with government social distancing rules.

We will stay up to date with information from Public Health England (PHE) and government advice, and make any necessary changes to our operations and client visits as and when required.
