We are delighted to confirm that we are now able to resume all client visits, albeit with a special focus on hygiene and customer care to protect your health.
We’ve implemented new sanitisation procedures to protect our staff and safeguard your family and home when we visit. Please call us on 01483 617000 if you would like to know more about our procedures.
PureH2O product installation & servicing resumes
Our additional hygiene and sanitisation procedures mean that we are able to resume the installation, servicing and maintenance of all products. This includes PureH2O reverse osmosis water purifiers, Quatreau taps, and water softeners, conditioners and ‘whole home’ treatment systems.
Customer care during lockdown
Natalie Jacobs, PureH2O General Manager, and Rachel Shephard, Operations Manager, have been working safely throughout lockdown to ensure we continued to provide support to our customers. We’re now moving into the next phase of Covid-19 operations. So, we will endeavour to bring all the PureH2O team back from furlough in the next two months in line with demand from and to support our customers.
