We’re pleased to be able to continue supporting our clients with product installation and servicing.
We have special sanitisation measures in place that go above and beyond government requirements, to ensure we do everything possible to keep your household safe when we install your water purifier, home water softener or Quatreau tap, or service your PureH2O equipment.

Is your PureH2O annual service due?
The good news is that we can visit you as normal. You can request a service online or call our customer service team on 01483 617000
However, if you are in quarantine, awaiting a Covid test result or have any symptoms and have a PureH2O visit booked during your period of self-isolation, please call or email so that we can reschedule your appointment.
